A New Chapter + Oops
Sup, we back. You really thought that just becaue I missed two days of blogging, that I was going to become one of these losers that drops something all together? Heh, not so fast. Anyways, sorry ‘bout that.
I’m finally back in my hometown after spending multiple days packing, and I’m now awaiting moving into my new apartment that will be for my full time software engineering job. I’m extremely excited. It’s honestly surreal that I’ve finally graduated. I’ve already started working out exactly how to split my finances up such that I’m well setup for the future. The next thing is to setup a routine that will enable myself to become better at Leetcoding, as well as keep up on dieting and going to the gym. Something that I noticed during my last internship is that I loved getting to the office early. For about a month and a half, I got to the office at 6 a.m. every day, 2 hours before anyone else, and I’d Leetcode. Leetcoding first thing in the morning after coffee and some Wordle and/or crosswords has been the time that I found best to Leetcode, as I’m the most excited to start the day at the beginning of the day. The issue with this though, is that I found myself only really wanting to Leetcode at work, and it was hard to focus on my actual tasks. Because of this, I’m going to slightly change plans, to Leetcode still being in the morning, but I will do it in the comfort of my own home.
Now that Leetcoding and work are taken care of, there comes gym and taking care of my diet. Honestly, with my own cooking space, I really don’t see myself struggling whatsoever to stay on top of my diet, and gym after work is very enjoyable as it is. Getting back into table tennis will not be easy, as I still have an injury because of table tennis in my left knee, but I will use the gym to rectify this issue. This slightly brings up the topic of balancing a sport I find to be extremely competitive with the rest of my life, but that’s a complicated topic, and I don’t care to go into the details of allat in this post.
Happy holidays, brofist.
